What happens if I want a "full screen" movie?

As you can see, it does not fit on the page. To make it fit, you would either remove the size parameters (the blog automatically resizes) or customize the dimensions. OR, create your own HTML PAGE

Example of a 320X240 video compressed using h.264 and exported as a Quicktime Movie (.mov) weighing in at 52.2 MB. Used and embed tag to mount the video with parameters controlling "AUTOPLAY" and "CONTROLLER".

Video quality is superior to the FLASH conversion below, although I think the sound might be better on the FLASH file
