Finally, this is the way you can link to a distinct window. The trick here is that you need to put your media up somewhere it can be stored and accessed without getting converted to Flash or displayed in a Proprietary player (like Blogger). In this case, I uploaded the file to my wordpress.blog and will link to it directly:
